Loss touches all of us and it is important to recognize that everyone will experience grief differently. Whether it is a job or a loved one, loss can cause us to question a new or changed identity. Grief Therapy can help you discover what this loss means to you.

Unfortunately, experiencing a traumatic event can have an emotional impact that far outlasts the initial scenario. Emotional trauma suffered in childhood is one of the most commonly overlooked sources that cause people to suffer. Trauma therapy helps to process and reframe the events that shaped us

Whatever the cause, counselling can help you to understand the issue at the heart of your anxiety or depression. Ongoing research has expanded our knowledge of how the body responds to stress and provided us with a plethora of tools from which to find the ones best suited to help you.
Life Transitions and disappointments are often a challenge for couples. In couples therapy, I use an emotion focused perspective and a collaborative approach to help you feel more supported by and more connected to your partner.
Communication and boundaries are a key element for happy families. In family therapy, my focus is primarily on the relationships between parents and their adult children, again from an emotion focused and collaborative perspective.
